  1. - your speaking was good you said "ummm" a lot but besides that your speaking was good
    - your writing and your presentation was very good i liked how you involved quotes in your PLN
-i think that people are hesitant to change things because they don't want to take the time out of their already busy day to learn about something that they don't necisaraly need

  2. - you said "Uh" a lot
-it seemed like you didnt know what you were talking about

Question: Because they think the things that they grew up with are better then the new things

  3. Your writing was good you were confident and not nervous at all. You did say "um" a lot but that's ok.

Your writing was good I liked the way you put a twist on the video.

I think that people just don't know what the new technology is and they are nervous that it wont be good for them

  4. You seemed a little uncomfortable and said "uh" a lot but otherwise did very well.
Joseph seemed very prepared for the presentation. The content was good and summarized the article well, but lacked a personal response from Joseph.
People are reluctant to change because when they grow used to things, having sudden change and losing what they're used to can cause a dramatic reaction.

  5. 1) you never stop. but you said lots of umms and you kept stopping in the middle of sentences.\
2)i believe you had everything u need in your presentation
3)i belive many people are resistant to change because they are afraid on if it will help them or make it worse.

  6. You said "um" a lot and made good eye contact. You also did a good job knowing your speech.

The content was good you did something that everyone knew about and everybody has seen. You also put some of your own research into it.

I think people are so resistant because they don't know what will happen when they change.

  7. Good job! Your speaking was loud and clear, but you said "um" and "uh" a lot. You also looked back at the board once or twice and swayed a little bit.
The content of your presentation was good- I could tell that you spent time looking at the video because you had all the details that you needed and I was able to get the summary of the video. I didn't hear much of your opinion, though.
To answer your question, I think that people are so resistant to change because they are afraid that the outcome of the change will change their life drastically. In some cases, it does, but it's not always as bad as people think it might be.

  8. You speak loud enough for me and everybody else to hear. You said um quite a lot but overall it was good. The content were pretty good too.

For your question I think that people are so resistant to change in education or other places is because they're used to what they have. Like us, we have computers and laptops and if we have to give it all away I don't think we would want to (at least I don't) and but if there's something better than computers I would probably get them. Same goes for the people resisting change. I guess..

  9. 1) You said "Uhhh" a lot. But other than that, you had a good volume and you seemed pretty confident.
2)You did a good job of explaining what the video was about, but next time, try to focus a little more on the response portion. The audience didn't really get to hear much very about what your opinion on the video was.
    3) I think people are resistant to change because they are so used to how their world currently is and they are afraid of failure or any consequences that change may bring.

  10. Great job! I think you did a good job speaking and being loud enough. You spoke long enough, a great time period for your presentation. I think that the only thing you did wrong was say "uh" a lot but that can be fixed with practice.

I think people are just really comfortable with the stuff they have now they don't want to change because they fear it will be worse

  11. Your speaking skills were very nice. But you said "um" a lot.
Your content was very informational too.
And I think that people are so resistant to change in education and other places because they realize that the world is changing and there's a lot of differences now than there was before. People like the way things were but sometimes change is for the better.

  12. YOU spoke loud enough to hear, and made good eye contact, but you said um quite a bit. You made good points and explained what "What If" was. My answer to your question is I think people in general don't like change no matter what the change is they don't like it, and are not open to it.

  13. 1. Your speaking skills were amazing!!!!!! You were easy to understand. You often said umm, but you rarely looked at your paper and you gave a ton of eye contact.
    2. You had seemed well prepared and you presentation went smoothly.
    3. Sometimes people are too scared to experience a change. They want to stay the same as other people around them.

  14. 1)Speaking
I though you speaking was very good
    2)content
I also thought you content was good and made sense.
    3)Question
I think there don't like change because they didn't grow up with it so they don't like to use it

  15. Speaking: You did a good job as for keeping composure and things like you but you said "umm" a lot.
Content: Good content. You gave the audience both the summary and the personal response. I would have liked to see a little more of your personal response though.
To answer your question, I do not people resist change as much as they fear failure. When something is working they ask' "why change?"

  16. you had a good presentation and spoke well and made good eye contact. You said uuh a lot.
people don't like change because they aren't used to it changing so much now that our technology is really advanced we can develop more advanced things. It is like an exponential growth that the more we invent the faster our technology is going to go up.

  17. Pretty well job on talking directly to the audience, but you didn't seem like you were enthusiastic about your material so you kind of said it like it was mundane. You did give a good summary on what the article was about and I could tell you were pretty knowledgeable on what you were speaking on. As for your question people are resistant to change because they don't understand how it works.

  18. Speaking Skills: Great job! Your voice was loud enough for everyone to hear and you made a lot of eye contact. Although you did say "um" the whole time and it was distracting and made it seem like you were not prepared. Other than that, awesome job.

Content: Great job with summarizing your video, although I feel you could have added a little more of your personal opinion, but I think your content was great.

Question: People are resistant to change because of their narrow minded aspect that there is only one right way to do something and that is their way. People dont like when other people are right and their wrong.

  19. Speaking:You were loud enough that I could hear you from the other side of the room and there wasn't that many pauses, it went fluently.

Content: You had a well written summary but not very much of a response.

Answer:People are so resistant to change because it is not what they are used to doing in everyday life. They know what works for them and what they have been doing, they wouldn't want to change that.

  20. Your speaking had a few mistakes. You would say "um" and "uh" a lot. But you made good eye contact and you looked like a professional presenter. You had good information that you presented, you gave good examples to support what you were saying. Nice job.
My answer to your question: People are so resistant because they are scared. Simple as that, people don't want to deal with new technology.

  21. (1) you sounded good and were easy to hear but you said uhh a lot
    (2) the content pretty much summarized it all but it seemed like it was missing some things
(3)people are resistant to change because they don't like to have to change things those types of people normally just want to go back to how it was when they grew up

  22. I liked your content but I thought that the response could have been longer. You had great eye contact and volume. You said "um" and "uh" allot. The best feedback I got was to use note cards and this could help you with speaking because you could know what you want to say at a glance and you won't have to think about it. I think that people like to be comfortable and change is stepping out of what they know and what they are comfortable with and so they do not like it.
